Experts Rate These Four Eateries In Fairfield County Among State's Best New Restaurants

Four Fairfield County restaurants have been rated among the top new eateries across the state, according to Connecticut Magazine’s team of “culinary experts.”

Here are the restaurants that made the cut:

  • Gaudí Tapas and Wine, Danbury: Located at 52 1/2 Pembroke Road, this locale was opened last fall by Sarah Ruiz and her twin sister, Noemi. Featuring a wide selection of diverse and authentic tapas-centered dishes. For more information, look at the restaurant’s Facebook page.
